Overview of Neuroanesthesiology & Perioperative Neurosciences

Providing preoperative and perioperative anesthetic care for patients with neurological and neurosurgical diseases at UW Medicine, we work closely with a multidisciplinary team of neurosurgeons, neurologists, neuroradiologists, and critical care specialists to provide comprehensive and coordinated care throughout the patient’s journey. Faculty members are leaders in national and international neuroanesthesia societies, contributing to the advancement of the field.

Harborview Medical Center: a King County hospital and the only Level-1 trauma center serving a five-state region.
