Bio
David McCann is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who joined the anesthesia team at the University of Washington Medical Center in 2016. He graduated from Case Western Reserve/Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2000 with a Master of Science in Nursing. Over the years, he has worked in all practice settings including large metropolitan hospitals and small, rural hospitals. He spent approximately 12 years as an independent practitioner at a CRNA only practice in a rural hospital setting. Throughout his career as a CRNA, he has worked as an independent contractor as well covering all types of practices and hospitals throughout Ohio. Prior to becoming a CRNA, he worked as critical care float in the Cleveland, Ohio metropolitan area. Additionally, David serves as an active member of the US Army Reserves and served in Afghanistan in 2003.
