Dr. Lynn D. Martin, Professor of Pediatric Anesthesiology at Seattle Children’s Hospital, will receive the 2023 Myron Yaster Lifetime Achievement Award at the Annual Meeting of the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia (SPA) on October 13 in San Francisco, CA.
The SPA Myron Yaster Lifetime Achievement Award was designed to acknowledge a lifetime contribution to the society’s mission to “advance the safety and quality of anesthesia care, perioperative care, and pain management in children by educating clinicians, supporting research, and fostering collaboration among clinicians, patient families, and professional organizations worldwide.”
It is a huge honor for Dr. Martin, especially since Dr. Yaster was one of his mentors at Johns Hopkins. Congratulations to Dr. Martin.
