About me

Sarah Mallard is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who joined UW Medicine in 2025 after completing her nurse anesthesia training at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University in 2017.
Prior to becoming a CRNA, Sarah worked for five years in the Cardiac ICU at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. She brings that critical care experience into her anesthesia practice and values teamwork, clear communication, and providing safe, patient-centered care.
