Practice Goal

Mike Voitik strives to provide an excellent anesthetic tailored to each individual and family. He believes in treating those receiving his care like they are one of his family members.

Bio

He graduated from the University of Iowa in 2010, where he also played baseball. His first job was on a telemetry stepdown unit at St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields, Illinois. He relocated to North Carolina in 2011 and worked on a Progressive Care Unit at Duke Raleigh Hospital until 2015. Then, he transferred to Duke University Hospital’s Surgical/Trauma ICU in Durham. In 2017, he started an additional job at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill Medical Center’s Critical Care Flex Team. In August 2021, he graduated with his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rush University.

Hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, snowboarding, scuba diving/snorkeling, and going to concerts…if its outdoors and even moderately fun, I’ll give it a shot!
