About me

Katherin Peperzak, MD, is a pain medicine physician and anesthesiologist in the University of Washington Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. She is the medical director of the Center for Pain Relief at UWMC where she practices chronic pain management, and provides acute inpatient pain care at Harborview Medical Center.

Dr. Peperzak provides a multidisciplinary approach to pain care with comprehensive assessment and treatment, including pharmacologic and interventional approaches and self-efficacy strategies. She believes that excellent care starts with listening to the patient. In order for treatment recommendations to be effective, providers must understand the pain that is being treated and how that pain affects the patient.
