About me
Katherin Peperzak, MD, is a pain medicine physician and anesthesiologist in the University of Washington Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. In 2025, she became director of inpatient pain services for UW Medicine.
Dr. Peperzak provides a multidisciplinary approach to pain care with comprehensive assessment and treatment, including pharmacologic and interventional approaches and self-efficacy strategies. She believes that excellent care starts with listening to the patient. In order for treatment recommendations to be effective, providers must understand the pain that is being treated and how that pain affects the patient.
