Dr. Jiang Wu makes it to 2023 Seattle Met Top Doctor’s list

Dr. Jiang Wu, Associate Professor in a multi-disciplinary tertiary pain referral center – part of the Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine at UW Medical Center – Montlake, has been selected by his peers as one of Seattle Met magazine’s 2023 Top Doctors in pain medicine. The list will be prominently featured in the Fall 2023 issue of the magazine. The Top Doctors list is researched by Professional Research Services based on an online peer-review survey that is open to certified and practicing doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants within the greater Seattle metropolitan area.

Dr. Wu is a well-rounded interventional pain specialist with complete skill sets in regional anesthesia, perioperative pain management, and chronic pain intervention. His primary clinical goal is to develop custom-tailored pain management strategies for his patients suffering from the most challenging and complex pain conditions and to help them return to their normal daily activities with interventional therapies. He is committed to finding the most effective, efficient, and evidence-based solutions and dedicated to providing state-of-art pain interventions under the guidance of ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography, while maintaining maximum patient safety.

He takes active part in national professional organizations (ASA, ASRA, AAPM) to establish himself as a leader in the pain field and has even authored over 20 manuscripts on the diagnosis and treatment of pain. As an educator, he is devoted to mentoring and training the next generation of pain management experts.
